Warranty

Lifetime warranty is applicable to all Body Panels, defined as stripped doors, door frames, spoilers, bootlids/tailgates, and bonnets.

Rhino AutoParts provides a minimum 3-month parts warranty. If the part becomes faulty (excluding negligence or misuse), we offer a replacement. If a suitable replacement isn't available promptly, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued. Labor and freight costs are not covered under this warranty.

Replacements or refunds require presentation of the original invoice.

Security marks must be intact for replacements or refunds, and the goods must be returned in the same condition as supplied.

Rhino AutoParts does not reimburse any labour costs for fitting, removal, or part changes, under any circumstances.

Rhino AutoParts does not cover incorrectly fitted, dismantled, or tampered-with components (except for standard service part or component replacements). Returns are invalidated if a part has been dismantled or tampered with.

Components damaged after fitting are not covered, including wear and tear, aging, or accidental damage.

We are not liable for consequential loss or damage, or loss of income due to part failure.

The company accepts no responsibility for incorrect part fitment; it is the fitter's responsibility to ensure the supplied parts are correct for the specific job.

Warranty is voided if part is installed incorrectly or unprofessionally.

A 20% restocking charge applies to all correctly supplied and returned parts. Any provided warranty is non-transferable.Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the customer named on the invoice, matching the vehicle registration mark. Rhino AutoParts reserves the right to inspect any part claimed under this warranty before accepting a replacement.

ECU's and electrical items are non-refundable due to potential damage caused by incorrect fitting or other vehicle faults.

Engine & Gearbox Warranty

The engine warranty pertains exclusively to the bare unit; any accessory items provided are for convenience and are not covered.

Bare engines refer to units without the starter motor, alternator, and gearbox.


Ancillary/service parts, such as water pumps, cam belts, turbos, injectors, pumps, sensors, modules, etc., are supplied at no cost and are explicitly excluded from any warranty offered by Rhino AutoParts.


Engine warranties will be rendered void if the unit experiences overheating; it is essential to ensure proper cooling.


It is recommended to replace timing belts and oil seals before installation
to avoid warranty nullification.


Rhino AutoParts warranty expressly excludes coverage for gaskets, oils,
seals, cam belts, timing belts, and fan belts, as well as any ancillary parts or damage resulting from misuse, improper fitting, neglect, accidents, or continued use.
