Acceptance of Conditions of Sale

By placing an order with Rhino Auto Parts, you agree to our Terms and Conditions of Sale. These terms govern the sale of products and services provided by us and include, but are not limited to, the following:

1. Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance by Rhino Auto Parts. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

2. Pricing and Payment: Prices are as stated on our website or provided at the time of purchase. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed upon.

3. Shipping and Delivery: We will make reasonable efforts to deliver products within the estimated delivery time. However, we are not responsible for delays beyond our control or damages incurred during shipping.

4. Returns and Refunds: Returns and refunds are subject to our return policy, which is available on our website or upon request. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

5. Limitation of Liability: Our liability for any loss or damage arising from the sale of products is limited to the amount paid for the products. We are not liable for consequential loss or damage, or loss of income due to part failure.

By proceeding with your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these conditions.

 

Terms and Conditions of Sale

A minimum 1-month parts warranty is provided. If the part fails (excluding negligence or misuse), a replacement will be offered. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued. Labor and freight costs are not covered.

 

Replacements or refunds require presentation of the original invoice.

Security marks must be intact for replacements or refunds, and the goods must be returned in the same condition as supplied.

 

Labour costs for fitting, removal, or part changes are not reimbursed under any circumstances.

 

The warranty does not cover components that are incorrectly fitted, dismantled, or tampered with (except for standard service part replacements). Returns are void if the part has been dismantled or tampered with.

 

Components damaged after fitting are not covered, including wear and tear, aging, or accidental damage.

 

A 25% restocking charge applies to all correctly supplied and returned parts. Any provided warranty is non-transferable.

 

The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the customer named on the invoice, matching the vehicle registration. Inspection of the part may be required before approving a replacement.

 

Please note that deposits are non-refundable. It's important to ensure compatibility before making your purchase. Feel free to ask us any questions you have about the part to avoid any misunderstandings.

 

Quotations for parts are valid for 5 business days. After this period, a new quote is required. Price adjustments may occur without notification.

 

Engine Terms and Conditions

Installation: The engine must be installed by a licensed mechanic and filled with oil that meets or exceeds the manufacturer's specifications.•Service and Maintenance: The vehicle must be serviced in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines. Failure to adhere to these guidelines or improper servicing will result in the warranty being voided.•Coverage and Exclusions:oThe warranty applies only to the bare engine unit, excluding accessories and non-standard parts such as turbochargers, switches, sensors, cables, electronics, belts, hoses, water pumps, and manifolds.oParts provided, including water pumps, cam belts, injectors, and sensors, are supplied for convenience but are not covered by the warranty.oGaskets, oils, seals, cam belts, timing belts, and fan belts are not covered.•Replacement Parts:To ensure optimal engine performance and longevity, it is strongly recommended that all relevant new parts be installed during engine installation. Old or worn parts, such as cooling components (e.g., water pump, thermostat, radiator), should be replaced to avoid warranty voidance due to engine failure.•Seals and Leaks:All seals must be replaced at the time of installation. The warranty does not cover oil or water leaks if seals were not replaced.•Heat Tabs:Heat tabs fitted to the engine must remain intact. Removal or melting of these tabs will void the warranty.•Exclusions:The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper fitting, neglect, accidents, or continued use.

 

Gearbox and Transmission Terms and Conditions

 

Installation Requirements: The transmission or gearbox must be installed by a certified mechanic and filled with oil that meets or exceeds the manufacturer’s specifications.•Programming and Calibration: Advanced transmissions often require programming with specialized dealership software. We do not take responsibility for the calibration or programming of these transmissions.•Service Kit and Coolers: It is mandatory to install new service kits and fluids for the transmission, including oil coolers. Oil coolers provided with the transmission are not pre-tested and should be replaced with new units.•Damage and Warranty: Any damage resulting from the use of incorrect oil or improper programming will invalidate the warranty.•Maintenance: The vehicle must be serviced according to the manufacturer’s recommendations. Any failure to follow these guidelines or improper service will void the warranty.•Seals and Leak Coverage: All seals must be replaced during installation. The warranty does not cover any oil or water leaks if seals were not replaced as required.•Warranty Scope: The warranty is applicable only for standard use in registered vehicles. It does not extend to unregistered or modified vehicles.

Returns and Warranty Terms and Conditions

 

The warranty period begins from the date of purchase or deposit, not the installation, delivery or pick up date.

 

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the purchase date; refer to our return policy for comprehensive details.

 

Incorrect or unwanted items must be returned within 14 days from the invoice date. Additional freight charges will apply. A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Returns made after 14 days are subject to approval and may not be accepted.

 

Cash refunds are processed on the same day of purchase. For refunds requested after this period, reimbursement will be made via bank deposit.

 

To ensure accurate part supply, customers are required to provide the vehicle registration number or VIN at the time of order. If this information is not provided, there may be no refund for freight charges, and a 25% restocking fee may apply at our discretion.

 

All items remain the property of Rhino Auto Parts until full payment is received.
